Which EU AI Act deployer obligation is hardest for you to evidence?
IAIM's checklist for deployers sets out the EU AI Act obligations in date order: prohibited practices and AI literacy since 2 February 2025, transparency rules and general application from August 2026, new prohibitions added by the Digital Omnibus on AI from 2 December 2026, and the high risk rules from 2 December 2027 and 2 August 2028. It notes that the Digital Omnibus on AI extended the high risk dates, so a plan written before 27 July 2026 may carry the wrong deadlines. It also treats AI literacy as an evidence question: who was trained, on what, and when.
