Community CE policy
Helping other practitioners is part of professional practice. IAIM Community continuing education (CE) credits recognize contributions that take real expertise and effort.

How credits are counted
Cap. You can earn up to 6 Community CE in each certification year. A certification year starts on the anniversary of the date you earned the AIMP credential.
Who earns. AIMP Certified holders earn credits. If you are not certified yet, your credits are banked, up to 6, and they are added to your transcript when you earn the AIMP credential within 12 months of the contribution. Banked credits that are not converted in time expire.
Review. Accepted answers go through a quality check. When the check passes and nobody reported the answer, the credit is approved automatically. Otherwise IAIM staff review it and approve or reject it.
Where credits are recorded. Every item is listed on the CE transcript in your student portal, with its date, title, link and status (pending, approved, rejected, banked or expired). You can download the transcript as a CSV file. Approved credits also show on your credential verification page.
